We believe that a coaching approach is vital in developing resilience. Whether it is individual, team or organisational resilience, it cannot be taught or imposed. It is an inside – out process. Individuals need to recognise and develop their own resilience. Leaders need to create a culture and environment that cultivates this within their teams.
A coaching approach enables us to gain an understanding of who you are, where you want to go, and most importantly support you in identifying strategies to move forward – strategies that ultimately are more powerful and more likely to be effective because they are yours – you own them.
